This is the world’s simplest, most flexible recipe:
Combine 1 tablespoon flax meal with 3 tablespoons coconut flour, and a dash of salt. Pour in 3/4 cup hot water or plant milk. Stir, and let sit for a few minutes. Add berries, a splash of vanilla, spices, seeds or nuts.
