This easy sauce can go together quickly, while whatever you want to pour it over it cooking. I like it over Brussels sprouts or broccoli.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sesame tahini
- 4 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 to 4 Tablespoons water
- 2 cloves fresh minced garlic, or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of cayenne
Instructions
- Place tahini in a bowl, and microwave for 20-30 seconds, until slightly warm.
- Add lemon juice, and whisk together, adding water as necessary to create a light sauce.
- Stir in garlic or garlic powder, salt, and cayenne.
- Taste, and adjust spices as desired.
