I was at my local Goodwill yesterday, and found a whole rolling bin of books marked 5 for $2. In the bin was a copy of this book:
The Teen’s Vegetarian Cookbook is a simple guide to easy vegetarian eating, put together for high school and college students. There are lots of really simple recipes, and some mix and match charts for things like salads and sandwiches. Although its title suggests it’s vegetarian, I found the majority of recipes are vegan, or have the vegan substitutions listed. Very handy!
