Today’s Lunch

I was starving at lunchtime today, so I whipped up a quick stir-fry: snow peas, carrots, cabbage, onions, garlic, ginger and some Morningstar veggie chicken strips stir-fried in sesame oil and low-sodium soy sauce, served over brown rice, sprinkled with sesame seeds.

I think today’s hunger is more about the fact that I’ve stayed up late the last two nights streaming the first season of Prison Break than about what I ate for breakfast. I was up ’til three Friday night, and until two last night, and got up at 7 both days. Recipe for rampant hunger: not enough sleep.
