Quick & Easy Lemon-Tahini Sauce

This easy sauce can go together quickly, while whatever you want to pour it over it cooking. I like it over Brussels sprouts or broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sesame tahini
  • 4 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 to 4 Tablespoons water
  • 2 cloves fresh minced garlic, or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of cayenne

Instructions

  1. Place tahini in a bowl, and microwave for 20-30 seconds, until slightly warm.
  2. Add lemon juice, and whisk together, adding water as necessary to create a light sauce.
  3. Stir in garlic or garlic powder, salt, and cayenne.
  4. Taste, and adjust spices as desired.
